This region offers a large amount of quality products, such as cold Catalan meats, wild mushrooms, dairy products, lamb or the vedella rosada del Ripollès (www.vedellarosada.cat), which is veal from the Catalan Pyrenees.

Our cuisine is based on fresh seasonal products and it is carefully elaborated in order to offer you local dishes with the chef's special touches.
